Sizing: Not sure of your thigh size? Don't worry, measuring your thighs is really easy and only takes a minute,
- Simply use a measuring tape to measure around the 'widest' part of your bare thigh. * Please do not measure over legging.
- If you do not have a measuring tape simply use a piece of string or ribbon. Wrap this around the widest part of your thigh and then measure the piece of string or ribbon (that had wrapped around your thigh) against a ruler.
- Check your measurement against the size information in the size selection field above.
- If you come inbetween sizes it's best to go for the larger size.
If your chosen lingerie does not meet your expectations please do not worry. Subject to our Returns Policy, you may return your item/s to us, in their original unworn condition, within 14 Calendar days of receipt Australian customers, 25 days international customers, for an exchange or a refund. Refunds exclude original delivery charge and gift box purchases if applicable. Our full Returns Policy can be viewed at the bottom of this page.
For Hygiene reasons we can unfortunately not offer you exchanges or refunds on panties (individual purchases), nipple tassels, pasties, cuffs, chokers, satin ties or any of our Hosiery Range, including Stockings, Pantyhose & Bodystockings. Free Stockings ,where applicable , can not be returned if opened. Non-returned stockings are charged at a reduced cost of $7.00.
We do not offer returns on items from our Romance, Massage & Novelty/ Games Sections (including all oils, creams, body paints, sprays, balms etc ) so please choose carefully.
All Orders are dispatched with 24-48 hours. Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day.
