Subject to our Returns Policy, you may return your item/s to us, in their original unworn condition, within 14 Calendar days of receipt Australian customers, 25 days international customers, for an exchange or a refund. For Hygiene reasons we can unfortunately not offer you exchanges or refunds on panties (individual purchases), nipple tassels, pasties, cuffs, chokers, satin ties or any of our Hosiery Range, including Stockings, Pantyhose & Bodystockings. Free Stockings ,where applicable , can not be returned if opened. Non-returned stockings are charged at a reduced cost of $7.00.
We do not offer returns on items from our Romance, Massage & Novelty/ Games Sections (including all oils, creams, body paints, sprays, balms etc ) so please choose carefully.
