Subject to our Returns Policy, you may return your item/s to us, in their original unworn condition, within 14 Calendar days of receipt Australian customers, 25 days international customers, for an exchange or a refund. Refunds exclude original delivery charge and gift box purchases if applicable. Our full Returns Policy can be viewed at the bottom of this page.

For Hygiene reasons we can unfortunately not offer you exchanges or refunds on panties (individual purchases), nipple tassels, pasties, cuffs, chokers, satin ties or any of our Hosiery Range, including Stockings, Pantyhose & Bodystockings. Free Stockings ,where applicable , can not be returned if opened. Non-returned stockings are charged at a reduced cost of $7.00.

We do not offer returns on items from our Romance, Massage & Novelty/ Games Sections (including all oils, creams, body paints, sprays, balms etc ) so please choose carefully.

All Orders are dispatched with 24-48 hours. Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day.
